Sourcepass Adds Two More Companies to Its Expanding Portfolio of Solutions

The acquisition of SSD Technology Partners and Total Technology Solutions cements the leading digital IT services firm’s position as one of the largest SMB-focused MSP in the nation in less than 18 months since the business was founded.

New York, NY, July 21, 2022 – Sourcepassannounced the addition of two IT companies – SSD Technology Partners and Total Technology Solutions – to its expanding portfolio of digitized technology solutions serving small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).

These latest acquisitions help Sourcepass to enhance their capabilities in industries they already serve, expand into new industries, and increase their geographical presence into critical new markets.

Becoming the fastest growing MSP in their space, Canton added, “These acquisitions bring us to ~$50 mm in revenue and over 300 employees, making us one of the nation’s largest SMB-focused MSP in less than 18 months since the business was founded. This scale affords us the resources and cashflow to invest in our overarching goal of enhancing IT services for small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S.”

About the SSD Technology Partners acquisition
Integrating efforts to bring SSD Technology Partners on board are underway and will be completed by September 1, with all top leadership staying on. Adding the company further expands Sourcepass offerings and capabilities in the Legal, Healthcare, and Financial Services spaces by building on the already industry-leading services they provide.

With their 200+ existing clients and 7,000 endpoints, Sourcepass will have a physical presence in the Delaware, Maryland, South Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. This was an all-cash deal.

About the Total Technology Solutions acquisition
Total Technology Solutions will be operating as a subsidiary of Sourcepass and will continue to be run by their CEO Vincent Tedesco indefinitely. An advocate for Sourcepass’ mission and clients, Tedesco’s 38+ years in IT services brings unparalleled leadership and operator expertise that adds immense value to Sourcepass. In addition, all key leadership will stay with the company.

The company is located in New York, but has over 200 clients with 5,000 endpoints throughout the United States, and an average client lifetime over 17+ years. They also bring a very advanced Cyber Security offering and expertise. This deal included a combination of cash and equity.
