Quest Platform update adds new service ticket data dashboard

We continue to invest in ways to deliver an experience that client’s love, and one of our areas of focus is the continued development of our revolutionary Quest digital experience platform.  This month, we have an update going into General Availability which provides our clients access to Business Intelligence for their service ticket data. This includes a dashboard which provides the ability to view: 

  • Satisfaction Scores across users 
  • Ticket Volume over time  
  • Response and Resolution trends over time 
  • Ticket Volume by category, source 
  • Top Tickets by Users, Devices, and Sites 
  • Device Warranty information 
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Month-over-Month 

We see this dashboard as a gamechanger for our clients as they now have the ability to review performance reports at their fingertips, rather than needing to wait for their Client Success Manager to generate the information on demand, adding a level of accountability to Sourcepass to demonstrate performance against stated goals.
