What’s New: Smart Requests in Action

 

The first wave of Smart Request forms is now live in the Service & Support section of Quest®.

When you navigate to Get Support > Support Category, you’ll notice a new option on the right-hand corner: Smart Request Forms. These intuitive, guided forms walk you through submitting your request while tapping into the automation power of Quest’s backend—minimizing downtime and reducing the back-and-forth.

 

 

M365 Password Reset

 

Need to reset your Microsoft 365 password? No problem.

With the M365 Password Reset Smart Request, users can now securely reset their own M365 password in seconds—without waiting for a technician.

M365 Shared Calendar Form

 

Managing calendar access just got easier. 

The M365 Shared Calendar Smart Request gives users the ability to request specific permission levels for any Microsoft 365 mailbox—whether it’s a shared calendar or an individual’s.

Each request is routed through an approval process to ensure proper access control.

Choose from:

- View Availability (Busy/Free only)

- Read-Only Access (View all event details)

- Write Access (Full calendar access)

Need to grant someone access to a shared mailbox? The new M365 Shared Mailbox Smart Request makes it simple.

This form allows users to request additions to shared mailboxes through a secure approval process—streamlining collaboration while keeping permissions controlled.

Once submitted, the request follows a built-in approval workflow, ensuring only the right people get access.

No back-and-forth emails, no confusion—just fast, automated support.
