The first wave of Smart Request forms is now live in the Service & Support section of Quest®.
When you navigate to Get Support > Support Category, you’ll notice a new option on the right-hand corner: Smart Request Forms. These intuitive, guided forms walk you through submitting your request while tapping into the automation power of Quest’s backend—minimizing downtime and reducing the back-and-forth.
While Smart Requests are powered by intelligent automation, they're built with a human touch. Some workflows may include approval steps from your organization's Primary Contact or other designated stakeholders, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
Plus, Smart Requests are designed around real-world user needs, focusing on the most common challenges our clients face every day. It’s IT support that’s not just reactive but proactive.
