Smarter Service with Smart Requests
The backbone of Quest’s efficiency is its growing library of Smart Request Forms—automated service forms that bypass manual ticketing for faster resolution.
These forms are now live in the Quest portal and app, making it easier than ever to get help without delay.
Available Smart Requests now include:
- M365 Password Reset
- Shared Mailbox Creation
- User Account Creation
- Appointment Scheduling
These forms are powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and integrated directly with backend systems, eliminating wait times for common IT needs. More forms are in beta and rolling out in the coming months.
Quest Mobile: Full Power in Your Pocket
The Quest® Mobile App has seen significant enhancements, bringing the desktop experience to your fingertips.
Current capabilities:
- Ticket creation with image/file attachments
- Live ticket updates with AI-generated summaries
- Push notifications for service and billing
- Custom Smart Request access by role
- Real-time dashboard and ticket filtering
Recent updates now include:
- Face ID login
- PIN-based security verification
- Scheduled Smart Request availability
Future updates will allow in-app appointment scheduling and additional mobile-specific optimizations, making it even easier for on-the-go teams to stay connected.
More Visibility, Fewer Bottlenecks
Quest’s dashboards continue to evolve for both end users and administrators. Recent enhancements deliver:
- Faster load times and improved UI design
- Role-specific views and filtering
